Our Refund Policy

  • Inkmasters always keep a high-level customer satisfaction, including quality ink & toner cartridges and customer services. In case you would like to return your purchasing’s for whatever reasons, we will make a refund or replacement within 30 days after shipping-out date. Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
  • All returns require an approved RA# from us in order to obtain replacement or refund; all refund/Credits or replacement will be only made upon receipt of your returned products.
