How quickly will my order be shipped?

All orders ship Same-day. Period.
Couriers cut off times are 9:30 am, 12:30 pm, and 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Our amazing dispatch team go above and beyond to ensure every order makes the courier on time and every-time so your order gets to you the fastest possible route and your business goes uninterrupted. How quickly can I expect my delivery?

We use a range of courier services to deliver your order with the fastest delivery method, although some orders - up to 12:30 pm - can still be delivered the very same day of order, you should expect your delivery the next business day to all metropolitan areas. The courier will then leave a card in your post box advising you to call the courier depot and arrange for a suitable time for re-delivery.

Our Refund Policy

Inkmasters always keep a high-level customer satisfaction, including quality ink & toner cartridges and customer services. In case you would like to return your purchasing’s for whatever reasons, we will make a refund or replacement within 30 days after shipping-out date. Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
All returns require an approved RA# from us in order to obtain replacement or refund; all refund/Credits or replacement will be only made upon receipt of your returned products.
