How quickly will my order be shipped?

All orders ship Same-day. Period.
Couriers cut off times are 9:30 am, 12:30 pm, and 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Our amazing dispatch team go above and beyond to ensure every order makes the courier on time and every-time so your order gets to you the fastest possible route and your business goes uninterrupted. How quickly can I expect my delivery?

We use a range of courier services to deliver your order with the fastest delivery method, although some orders - up to 12:30 pm - can still be delivered the very same day of order, you should expect your delivery the next business day to all metropolitan areas. The country area may take 2-3 days for your delivery to reach.

What Happens if I'm not in the office/home in a time of delivery?

The courier will then leave a card in your post box advising you to call the courier depot and arrange for a suitable time for re-delivery.
You may choose to make a note on your order 'Authority to leave', the courier driver will then leave the delivery outside your office/home door.

Our Refund Policy

Inkmasters always keep a high-level customer satisfaction, including quality ink & toner cartridges and customer services. In case you would like to return your purchasing’s for whatever reasons, we will make a refund or replacement within 30 days after shipping-out date. Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
All returns require an approved RA# from us in order to obtain replacement or refund; all refund/Credits or replacement will be only made upon receipt of your returned products. If your item isn't working properly, please check the product manual and contact our customer services. If you're unable to resolve the problem, you will be able to receive a replacement or return your item for a refund.
